Mustafa YİĞİTOĞLU

Prof. Dr. Mustafa Yiğitoğlu completed his undergraduate education at Marmara University Faculty of Theology in 2002, and subsequently completed his master’s and doctoral studies at the same university.

In 2011, he began his academic career as an Assistant Professor at Karabük University Faculty of Theology. He was awarded the title of Associate Professor in 2020. In 2021, he joined Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University Faculty of Theology, where he currently serves as a faculty member in the Department of History of Religions, within the Department of Philosophy and Religious Sciences.

Prof. Dr. Yiğitoğlu has published numerous scholarly articles, books, and academic studies, particularly in the fields of Judaism, the History of Religions, and related areas of religious studies.

He has also undertaken significant editorial responsibilities in academic publishing. He serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of the Human and Social Science Researches and the Türkiye Journal of Theological Studies.

Between 2021 and 2026, he served as the Scientific Publications and Journals Coordinator of Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University, contributing to the coordination and development of the university’s scholarly publication and journal activities. He completed this administrative assignment in April 2026.

Prof. Dr. Mustafa Yiğitoğlu continues his academic and scholarly activities as a faculty member at Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University Faculty of Theology, Department of Philosophy and Religious Sciences, Department of History of Religions.
